What does a typical yacht charter package encompass?
Each of our charters comes with a skilled crew, necessary safety equipment, fuel included, and standard refreshments. Individual services may include different amenities — our sunset excursions offer gourmet snacks and a selection of premium non-alcoholic beverages, while business charters provide meeting facilities and specialized catering for business occasions.
How much time before should I reserve?
To secure your booking, it's advisable to reserve 2–3 weeks beforehand, and if you plan on chartering during the high season between May–September, to ensure availability and give room for personalizing your experience, we suggest booking 4–6 weeks early.
What protocol is followed if the weather is unfavorable?
Your safety is our priority. Should the captain determine that weather conditions are not conducive to safe sailing, we propose to reschedule or provide a refund in full. Weather predictions are monitored closely, and should the forecast be uncertain, we will reach out at least 24 hours prior to your planned departure.
May I bring my own refreshments and snacks?
Certainly, personal food items and non-alcoholic beverages are allowed. We, on the other hand, offer exceptional catering services tailored to your tastes. It is important to note that for safety considerations, glassware is not permitted onboard.
Do the yachts cater to guests with special mobility requirements?
We make concerted efforts to be inclusive for all our guests. Certain yachts in our fleet may be more accommodating to mobility needs than others. Discuss your specific needs with us upon reservation, and we'll suggest the yacht that best suits your needs and make the necessary provisions.
What are the terms of your cancellation policy?
For cancellations done with more than 72 hours notice before departure, a complete refund is issued. Cancellations occurring between 24 to 72 hours before departure are eligible for a 50% refund. If the cancellation occurs within 24 hours of the departure, the amount is non-refundable, with the exception if the cause is due to adverse weather conditions or mechanical malfunctions on our end.
